A small, family-run rental company
We are not a big leasing office. We are two people who have spent over a decade turning houses into good homes for good renters.

Shawn and Paulette handle painting, repairs, lawn care, and cleaning themselves. When something needs attention, you reach us directly.

The Hagen family
We named the company after our daughters
GNS stands for Gabrielle, Nicole, and Sophia, our three oldest daughters. We started the business together as a family, and we run it the same way today. Our fourth daughter, Ava, joined after the name was picked.
Shawn and Paulette Hagen still do the work. Painting, repairs, lawn care, cleaning, it is all us. That is why our renters feel the difference.

A short drive south in Clay County. Barnesville has the same small-town feel and the same kind of neighbors. We love finding homes here to fix up and rent.
